What Truvo does
Truvo shows discount codes and deals from partner e-shops and links to those shops free of charge. We are not the seller. You enter into the purchase contract directly with the shop, and the shop is responsible for the goods, the price, delivery, complaints and refunds under its own terms and conditions.
Codes and their validity
- We take codes from partners and check their validity regularly. A shop can end a code at any time or limit it with conditions, so we can't guarantee that every code will work at checkout.
- Whether a code applies, and under what conditions, is always up to the shop.
- Codes are for your personal use. Downloading them in bulk or automatically redistributing them is not allowed.
Commissions
A shop may pay us a commission on purchases made through our links. Your price doesn't change, and commissions don't affect which codes we show or how shops are ranked.
Liability
We run the website as well as we can, but we don't guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. We are not responsible for the content or conduct of the shops we link to. This doesn't limit the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
Website content
The texts, graphics and the Truvo brand belong to us. You may not copy them on a larger scale or use them for commercial purposes without our consent. Shop names and logos belong to their owners.
Other
These terms are governed by Czech law. Consumer disputes can also be resolved out of court through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz). We may change these terms. We'll publish the new version on this page with its effective date.
